During onboarding, we help each team member on your account connect their preferred meeting recording tools. 

When audio files or transcripts are created, Lucid is able to access them in order to put the Ai sales performance coach to work.

Performance Reporting

Daily or Weekly, a sales performance summary is sent to each team member, and team leader. 

These reports are easy to consume, and highlight key takeaways from each sales conversation that Lucid has processes.

That way you get the important performance information in a convenient way.  

Data Extraction

Once an audio file or transcript is received, Lucid begins analyzing the conversation, and first detects if the conversation was sales related or not. 

If the conversation was sales related, then Lucid will continue to extract key and relevant information, such as objections thrown, concerns of the prospect, filler words, etc. 

Data Analysis

Once Lucid has fully analyzed the conversation, it will start to analyze the data, and record the outcomes.

This data is used when delivering the daily / weekly performance reports, and also in your teams dashboard.
